What is Bellie?

Bellie makes hands-free bags. Kennedy, a mom of two, created the first one in 2024 after getting tired of digging through a bottomless tote.

What are Bellie bags made of?

The Toddler Tote and Crescent Bag are both neoprene, made of 75% spandex and 25% nylon.

How do I wash my bag?

Machine wash it and hang it to dry.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Email support@belliebags.com to start, and we'll send a return label if your return is accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

Return the item you have, then place a separate order for the new one once the return is accepted.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email support@belliebags.com right away if your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rates for orders outside the US are calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.
